The Bagela BA4000 is an excellent choice for contractors looking to produce their own mix in small quantities they need…when they need it! The 4000’s economical size & weight makes it easy to tow from job to job with ease.

The BA4000 is capable of recycling either broken chunk or milled (RAP) asphalt at a jobsite or mounted in a static position, with a maximum production of 4 tons per hour. The best application for the BA4000 is to recycle broken chunk asphalt only. As a result Bagela does not recommend attempting to recycle millings in the BA4000. If millings are used in the BA4000, production yields will decrease significantly. It is best to recycle milled material in a batch format using the BA4000. The Bagela Model BA4000 comes standard with a built-in municipal grade double axle trailer w/brakes. This machine is portable, and ideal for recycling material on-site. Machines can be custom ordered with a secondary frame instead of a trailer for static positioning. Bagela recommends mounting at a fixed site or on a truck bed.
